Over the past two decades, Scott Rynders has been involved in the development, financing and operation of some of the most high‐profile and complex real estate projects on the west coast. Scott’s real estate career began with Legacy Partners in 2002 where he was involved in the development of numerous multifamily properties throughout Southern California, including the development of the iconic corner of Hollywood & Vine into retail, 375 apartment units and the W Hollywood Hotel.

In 2008, Scott joined Gatehouse Capital and was the Vice President responsible for managing the pre‐opening, completion and residential sales for the W Hollywood. He subsequently served as the owner’s representative for W Hotels for this same property.

In 2012, Scott joined Lennar Multifamily Communities, where he was the Vice President responsible for numerous podium and wrap mixed‐use/multifamily properties throughout Southern California.

In 2016, Scott became Regional Vice President – West Coast for Lightstone Development.

Scott is currently the day‐to‐day lead on TAC’s first acquisition, a 127-Unit Mixed-Use Mid-Rise Residential Development in Los Angeles, CA

Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California‐ Irvine, where he played on the men’s golf team.
